About Our Products
What varieties of olive oil do you offer?
We offer extra virgin olive oil from two premium varieties: Arbequina , with a mild, sweet, and fruity flavor, and Picual , with a more intense, robust, and slightly bitter flavor. Both are first cold-pressed.
What is the difference between Arbequina and Picual?
Arbequina is ideal for those who prefer milder, more delicate flavors, perfect for dressings, mayonnaise, and baking. Picual has a more intense character and is excellent for cooking, toast, and dishes that require a more pronounced flavor.
What does "extra virgin" mean?
Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality category. It is obtained solely through mechanical processes, without chemical treatments, and has an acidity level of less than 0.8%. Our oil meets the highest quality standards.
What is the expiration date of the oil?
Our extra virgin olive oil has a shelf life of approximately 18-24 months from the bottling date, provided it is stored under appropriate conditions. The exact date is indicated on each bottle.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Delivery time depends on your location: in mainland Spain it is usually 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. You can check the exact cost in your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, we ship to countries within the European Union. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination. For international shipments outside the EU, please contact us directly.
How is the oil packaged for shipping?
We pack each bottle with high-quality protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use sturdy boxes and padded filling to prevent breakage during shipping.
Payments and Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
Is it safe to buy from your online store?
Yes, our store uses SSL certificates and secure payment systems that protect your personal and banking information. We never store credit card information on our servers.
Conservation and Use
How should I store olive oil?
To preserve all its properties, store the oil in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 3-6 months.
Can I cook with extra virgin olive oil?
Absolutely! Extra virgin olive oil is excellent for both cooking and consuming raw. It has a high smoke point (especially the Picual variety) which makes it ideal for frying, sautéing, and baking, while also preserving its healthy properties.
How much oil should I use?
It depends on the use. For salad dressings, 1-2 tablespoons are usually enough. For cooking, use the amount required according to the recipe. Extra virgin olive oil is very aromatic, so a little goes a long way.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, you can include a gift note during checkout and have the order shipped directly to the recipient's address. We also offer special gift packaging options.
Returns and Warranty
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I return a product?
