At L'Olivar Paisanès, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Below, we detail our returns policy:
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The oil must be unopened and in its original container.
- The security seal must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of use or tampering.
- It must be kept in its original packaging in perfect condition.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns will not be accepted for:
- Bottles or containers that are open or have a broken seal
- Products that have been stored improperly
- Custom orders or orders with special labeling
How to Request a Refund

- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions
- Send the product in its original packaging to the address we will provide.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- Defective product or damaged during transport
- Order error on our part
- Product that does not match the order
Refund
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days . The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
- Send us photos of the product and packaging
- We will proceed to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
