Shipping Zones
Peninsular Spain
We ship to all of mainland Spain via trusted courier companies. Your order will arrive in perfect condition thanks to our specialized packaging.
Balearic and Canary Islands
We also ship to the Balearic and Canary Islands. Delivery times may be slightly longer due to island logistics.
Ceuta and Melilla
We ship to Ceuta and Melilla. Please check the specific delivery times and conditions for these autonomous cities.
European Union
We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. For more information, please contact us directly.
International Shipping
For shipments outside the European Union, please contact us to check availability, delivery times and costs.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Spain: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
- Balearic Islands: 5-7 working days
- Canary Islands: 7-10 working days
- Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days
- European Union: 7-15 working days depending on destination
The indicated timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand, holidays or exceptional circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times.

- Orders less than €50: €5.95
- Orders from €50 to €99.99: €3.95
- Orders over €100: FREE SHIPPING
Balearic Islands
- Orders less than €75: €9.95
- Orders over €75: FREE SHIPPING
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

European Union
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order. The exact cost will be shown in your shopping cart before you finalize your purchase.

Packaging and Protection
All our products are packaged with the utmost care:
- Heavy-duty double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes
- Padded filling and individual protectors for each bottle
- Security seal on each shipment
- "Fragile" label for careful handling
Our goal is for your olive oil to arrive in perfect condition, keeping all its organoleptic properties intact.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Direct link to track your shipment
- Information from the transport company
- Estimated delivery date
You can check the status of your order at any time through the tracking link or by contacting our customer service.
Order Receipt
Inspection at the Time of Delivery
We recommend inspecting the package in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage to the packaging:
- Note the issue on the delivery note
- Take pictures of the damaged package
- Contact us immediately
Absence at the Time of Delivery
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to collect your order or schedule a new delivery. Packages typically remain at the delivery office for 7-10 days before being returned.
Shipping Problems
Damaged Order
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Order
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping company and find an immediate solution.
Wrong Direction
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Urgent Orders
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before making your purchase. We will do our best to expedite shipping, although additional costs may apply depending on the express courier service.
Store Pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
